Subscription Agreement

1. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

1.1 Membership Package: iLivFit agrees to provide the Client with access to the Fitness Class/Service , as described the product description.

1.2 Subscription Term: This Agreement will be effective from the date of sign-up and will continue on a weekly / monthly / yearly basis (as described within Client’s selected subscription package on website) until terminated as provided in this Agreement.

 

2. PAYMENT

2.1 Payment Amount: The Client agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee, as specified on iLivFit’s website or promotional materials, at the time of sign-up.

2.2 Automatic Drafting: The Client authorizes iLivFit to automatically draft the subscription fee from the payment method specified during sign-up on a weekly / monthly / yearly basis (as described within Client’s selected subscription package on website).

 

3. CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS

The Client agrees to:

3.1 Ensure that their payment information remains accurate and up to date.

3.2 Comply with the terms and conditions of iLivFit, as described on website.

 

4. FITNESS CENTER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Fitness Center agrees to:

4.1 Provide access to the fitness membership package as described on iLivFit’s website or promotional materials, at the time of sign-up.

4.2 Maintain the security and confidentiality of the Client’s personal information as described in the iLivFit Privacy Policy.

 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 The Client may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to iLivFit. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

 

6. PRIVACY POLICY

The Client acknowledges and agrees to iLivFit’s Privacy Policy, which is available on iLivFit’s website.

 

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

 

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.

 

9. ELECTRONIC CONSENT

By proceeding the Client gives their consent to accept this agreement as their electronically signature to iLivFit Subscription Agreement as of the date of this purchase.
