I’m not going to lie… These surprised me! Especially considering we didn’t use these in the conventional way initially… these puppies have A TON of versatility to them!
I like that you can use them for some foot work.
I love that you can use them for some Ab work (as we’ve demonstrated so beautifully)
But I Adore the fact that you can stack em / Fold em / stand them up! you can get loose with these things!
The more you have, the more you can be creative with them! 5 outta 5 on these for me!!
