So… Yea, these were meh for me! (These in particular).
they are made with a hard bottom which is to allow you to slide on a lot of surfaces… Howeverrr… That means these things can scratch up a surface pretty good if the surface is bare enough for it. I don’t really like that about these.
The tops on these are cushioned to make them grip to your body better, but the circular structure of em make them easy to come from under you if they get stuck on the floor.
We had a solid workout with them, and Other versions of these are FIRE. but these in particular.. mehh… 2 outta 5.
I’m never going to lie to my people trying to Live Fit.. so feel free to try them out for yourself and give us your rating.

I’ve been using core sliders in my workout routine, and while they do offer some benefits, I can’t say I’m overly impressed. The smooth gliding motion is effective for engaging core muscles, but I find that the range of exercises is somewhat limited.
Additionally, the durability of the sliders comes into question, as they seem prone to wear and tear over time.
While they are portable, making them convenient for home workouts or travel, I’ve encountered issues with stability on certain surfaces. The effectiveness of core sliders largely depends on the type of flooring, and they can be less reliable on carpeted surfaces.
