- Standing Stationary Lunges – 30 reps each leg
Stand in a lung position, keeping one foot stationary in front of the other. Hold this position throughout the entirety of this workout and kneed down to put your thighs to the test. This builds lower body strength and stability, essential for powerful strikes and quick footwork.

- Alternating Punches – 60 seconds
- Throw quick, controlled punches while focusing on form and speed. Keep the form consistent for 60 seconds. Trust me, this will be a true test of will for your shoulders.

- Alternating Punches with Stationary Lunges – 90 seconds
- Now combine the two! This full-body move will torch calories and enhance coordination. See if you can hit 90 secs! it will take you for all you have

- Mountain Climbers to Squatted Alternating Punches – 15 reps
- Engage your core and boost endurance with this intense finisher. Reach down and place your self in a burpee position. Once there, fire off four knee up mountain Climbers (2 per side), and then pop back up to fire off 4 consecutive punches! This is the ultimate motion that will keep you in fighters shape.
