Meet Nastasha
Born and raised in Texas with strong country roots, Nastasha brings a grounded, holistic approach to yoga inspired by her upbringing and deep family values. Her journey into yoga began in college as a tool for managing stress while working in high-pressure environments. What started as a coping mechanism quickly evolved into a calling. Today, she combines mindfulness, movement, and natural wellness to help others reconnect with their bodies and find peace in the chaos. Passionate about making yoga accessible for every body, she creates inclusive spaces that challenge industry norms and support authentic growth—mind, body, and soul.
I went to Cedar Hill expecting a sweet reunion. What I left with was so much more: a newfound respect for yoga, a deeper appreciation for breath, and a beautiful reminder that your past can bloom in the most unexpected, magical ways.
