So, if you’re like the large majority of people in the world, you love to win a lump sum of money from picking up two small square cubes, tossing them on a table… and BOOM instant millionaire. Only problem is that most times, it doesn’t quite end up that way, AND, you’ll probably end up losing money rather than gaining.

 

Well, what if we could take that same concept, and instead of losing Money, we Lost pounds!… Burned Calories!… and got a six pack! Would you be open to that?

Me and My son decided to give these a try in our last post. We wanted to see if we could get a “REAL” workout with these, or were they just a BUST, and something that someone made to earn a few extra dollars.

 

Well Turns out, these things can be either a major game changer, or a super bad purchase depending on how you used them. 

 

If you simply take them and think you’re going to get a fulfilled workout from simply rolling them and doing what ever it lands on, you’re going to be sorely disappointed. These puppies are only as good as it’s user. HOWEVER, when you spice things up.. OHHH MAMA, things get real… Real quick!

Here are a just a few of the different combinations that come with the dice. The are only a taste of the 1296 combinations that these dice offer. Turns out, there are NUMEROUS workout dice to buy, all with different combinations. Below are only a couple of the ways you can utilize them to change up the way you “Live Fit”

  • Perform one of your most routine, conventional workouts that you have in the past. However, Instead of having your conventional “Rest” in between sets, add in the Dice! Now, instead of chilling for 2 minutes, you have a 30 sec Burpee session! Trust me when I say, you’ll be sweating real quick
  • Have a group of friends over. It could be a regular game night, but instead, whenever you play your main game of the night, the loser has to take a roll of the dice. This is going to do two things, 1st: your games are going to get really competitive, and second, you will be getting a impromptu workout mid party
  • When having a group workout session, as a finisher to the workout, add in the dice. Have each person take a roll whenever they finish their last set to see what they can call it quits for the day with.
