We’ve done yoga, we’ve done dance, we’ve done low-impact everything — but this time, it was time to lift heavy, sweat hard, and unleash the power that’s been hiding inside of us.

Candice brought her team. I brought mine. And together, we shut that gym down.

From the first beat of the music to the last rep, every woman in that room became a living testimony that strength doesn’t have a look — it’s a lifestyle. There were no mirrors, no comparisons, no judgments — just raw, beautiful energy.
